The challenge

Arunachal Pradesh had no medical college of its own. The state needed a teaching hospital at genuine scale — multiple large blocks, specialist facilities and diagnostics — built to exacting healthcare standards on a constrained hill site.

Our approach

We delivered the institute as a multi-block campus, coordinating civil works, services and specialist medical fit-out. Our teams managed the complexities end-to-end so the Government could focus on bringing the institution to life.

The outcome

TRIHMS now trains the state's doctors and serves patients across the region — the clearest proof that Arunachal can build institutions of national standard at home.
