An ageing general hospital needed to be brought up to modern standards while remaining usable for the community it served.

We strengthened and upgraded the facility to the highest standards of safety and efficiency, sequencing works to limit disruption.

A safer, higher-capacity hospital that strengthens healthcare infrastructure for Naharlagun and the surrounding districts.
